And now that training camp is fully underway, it is a question as to who will back up Parker and for the most part, it is Neal's job considering he played the back up role last season.
In this interview, Neal talks with Project Spurs about the guard situation for the Spurs, what he did in the offseason, losing to the Thunder in the Western Conference Finals and more.
Jeff: How did you spend your offseason? Did you work on your game?
Gary: I was really just chilling for real just with my son. It's basically what I was doing.
Heading into the season, the Spurs added plenty of guards to the roster. Does that worry you about your time on the court?
