Perkins to talk to Spurs' Jackson on Ibaka comment

San Antonio Spurs' Stephen Jackson was reprimanded by the NBA and the Spurs for his comment on Twitter regarding Thunder's Serge Ibaka. Needless to say, Jackson apologized but it wasn't enough.
