By Jeff Garcia, Project Spurs.comSAN ANTONIO - By now you know about the
confrontation between Sacramento Kings' DeMarcus Cousins and San Antonio Spurs' TV analyst Sean Elliott after the Spurs-Kings game Friday night.
In a nutshell, Elliott didn't like how he talked trashed about his former teammate Tim Duncan, called him "immature" during the broadcast and Cousins
fired back calling Elliott "immature" and decided to meet Elliott after the game and confront him.
The NBA reportedly
looked into the incident and suspended Cousins for two games without pay for confronting Elliott in a hostile manner. The volatile Cousins will lose about $70,500 of his $3.9 million salary. Cousins will sit out games at the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday and at home against Portland on Tuesday.
