First-time All-Stars Paul George of the Indiana Pacers and Kyrie Irving of the Cleveland Cavaliers headline the field for the 2013 Foot Locker Three-Point Contest, which will be held on Saturday, Feb. 16, at the Toyota Center in Houston as part of State Farm NBA All-Star Saturday Night.
