During the end of the 2010 playoffs, he was described as a "traffic cone" (John Hollinger's words on Twitter). He looked old, tired, and his game looked diminished to the point where he should retire.
Duncan had another plans though.
He's lost plenty of weight, which has helped his aching knees, and he's made Spurs fans forget about that performance. In fact, he's having his fans think he's been playing better than he has in years and looks as youthful as when he first came into the league.
Other players have noticed, mainly Marc Gasol.
