Go Runners! I'll be able to drink beer at a NCAA 1 football game for the next 20 years.

This is really a good deal for both the city and for the University, which would NEVER bea able to afford a domed stadium, and who wants to go to a game in 100 degree weather when we all know temperature changes are to the high side for the foreseeable future. Only o9ne other UNiversity has a domed stadium...this is really going to be good for the alumni as well! This stadium is PERFECT for UTSA AND THE FANS THAT WILL BE AT THE GAMES!!! Whooo Hooo!!!

UTSA could extend it some, but NOT 20 years! Just imagine how outdated that building is going to be 20 years from now.

DON'T DO IT, UTSA! The city is just desperate to obligate someone ... ANYONE ... to use their outdated stadium. They claim they want to "reward" UTSA for their success by extending their contract. HA! They just want to reward themselves while contractually obligating UTSA to either use the dome or pay lots of money to get out of the contract. UTSA was planning on building its own, new stadium around campus. That si a much better plan.

Why not? What other football team will move in to a 20 year old stadium?
