Catching up with former Spur James Anderson

Former San Antonio Spurs guard James Anderson's time in San Antonio was short lived. He was touted as another great draft day steal by the Spurs considering he was a prolific scorer while at Oklahoma State University. And while his NBA career started off with high hopes, it was stunted due to a stress fracture in the fifth metatarsal of his right foot he suffered only six games into his rookie season.

But after being sent to and from Austin to rehab with the Toros, and seeing the emergence of Danny Green, Anderson fell out of the rotation and found himself relegated to the end of the bench.

Now he is looking to revive his young NBA career with the Atlanta Hawks and hoping to latch on with the Hawks.
