SAN ANTONIO – It’s signing day for the winter sports. A big day for three local basketball stars. Johnson's Luke Wilshire is staying home to play at UTSA. Churchill's Taylor Sutlive is headed to Cal Poly. And Reagan's Michael Williams was one of San Antonio's top recruits, and he's headed to TCU.
And it wasn't just hoopers. We had swimmers, golfers, volleyball and baseball stars signing as well. Churchill's Zane Gurwitz is going to play baseball for the Longhorns, and Mark Whitehead of Johnson will suit up for Incarnate Word. One of the top golfers in town is Johnson's Jake Goodman who is an Aggie through and through -- and now gets to live a dream come true.
