Mary Martini from the Central Market Cooking School has this simple, but elegant recipe that adds color to any table.
Ingredients:
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 12 cubes feta cheese
- 12 basil leaves
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. On a toothpick, place one half of the tomato. Then a cube of feta, followed by the other tomato half. Top it off with a basil leave. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt & pepper and serve.
