Padraic Harris and Ken Lee have created a soul food restaurant that will satisfy your taste buds. Here is a recipe from their kitchen for baked chicken. Try it will macaroni and cheese and sweet potato pie.
1- Cut up chicken
2- 1/4c Season All
3- 1/4c Garlic Powder
4- 1/4c Black Pepper
5- 1/4c Parsley Flakes
6- 1c Water
Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken (skin side down) on a pan. Evenly sprinkle all dry ingredients (except parsley flakes) over chicken. Flip the chicken and repeat, but top off with parsley flakes. Pour water around the chicken, cover with aluminum foil and baked for 1 hour. Uncover chicken and cook for an additional 30min.
