Rascal is a 5-year-old female cat who was transferred to the shelter from Animal Care Services. She is now here at the shelter waiting to meet her new forever family. Rascal is a little shy around new people, but after receiving a few gentle pats on the head, she will start to open up. Rascal enjoys relaxing in the sun and watching the birds outside. She will make a great addition to a mellow family.
