Mr. Mustard is a 1-year-old Terrier mix who was transferred to the shelter from Animal Care Services.

He is still getting used to his new surroundings, so he is shy around new people. He is looking for owners who will be patient with him as he learns to trust and who will give him all of the love and affection he deserves.
