SAN ANTONIO -- Police have been looking for 24-year-old Francisco Rosas for a couple of years now. He has three warrants out for his arrest.
In January 2006 he was charged with exposing himself to a 14-year-old boy. Rosas was put on probation, but after allegedly violating the terms of his treatment program a warrant was issued for his arrest.
When they went to serve the warrant, he was gone, which spurred warrant number two. Then in June 2008, when he hadn't registered as a sex offender in two years, a third warrant was issued.
Here's what we know about Francisco Rosas: He's 5-11, weighs 150 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
