The world's largest saltwater crocodile held in captivity has died.
The one-ton crocodile named Lolong died Sunday in his enclosure in the Southern Philippines. Guinness World Records proclaimed the giant the largest saltwater crocodile in captivity. Blamed for several deadly attacks before it was captured in 2011, Lolong was 20 feet, three inches long.
A multi-faith funeral is planned for the crocodile.
