SCHERTZ -- Wife of former Schertz mayor, Hal Baldwin, has died from cancer. Barbara Baldwin's death comes months just after her husband's death last April. Hal, who served as mayor for 18 years, died of complications related to previous medical conditions.
The couple leaves behind 5 children, 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
