SAN ANTONIO --
VIA Metropolitan Transit wants to increase their rates and will hold a public hearing on December 10th to discuss proposed rate increases.
Regular bus fare would go up from 5 cents to 10 cents.VIA Trans Service would increase by 20 cents. The monthly 'Big Pass' would go up $5.00, while the monthly 'Big Pass Half Fare would go up $2.50.
The
public hearing will take place at 6 p.m. on December 10th at the VIA Metro Center on San Pedro.
