PHOENIX -- The nation's largest university is going through a major downsizing.

The University of Phoenix announced it is closing 115 locations across the U.S. because of declining enrollment. These include 25 main campuses and 90 smaller satellite learning centers. At least one location in 30 states will be closed, but it's not known if any of those locations are in Texas.

University officials are contacting students about the changes.

Good riddance. Caters to those that cannot make the grades in genuine institutions of higher learning.
