The deadline to register to vote is approaching quickly.
The team at the Bexar County Elections office is busy processing thousands of registration requests.
Despite being in the electronic age, you must register the old fashion way by mailing in or hand delivering your request.
"To ensure everyone's voting rights we need that original signature," elections coordinator Jackie Callanen explained.

The deadline is Tuesday, October 9.
Early voting begins on October 22 and runs through November 2.
