WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Hundreds of thousands of baby pacifiers have been recalled because of the risk of choking.

Officials say the mouth guard on the Bobby Chupete pacifiers is too small and creates a choking risk. About 641,000 pacifiers are included in the recall.

The pacifiers were manufactured in China and imported by Grand World Inc. of Maspeth, N.Y. They were sold nationwide between November 2004 and July 2009.

No incidents have been reported.
