SAN ANTONIO -- Houston based company, Praetorian Glass, has developed a product they claim will better protect people from crime. It's called the "Glass Vault System," which uses a bonding chemical and security film to strengthen glass. The product can be absorbed into existing glass at schools, airports and government and corporate buildings.

"One of the big things nowadays is not only do we need to protect from hurricanes and weather elements, but different acts of violence as well, including various gunfire." said Jestin Ross, CEO of Praetorian Glass.

Previously, the product was only available to the government, military and law enforcement entities, but the company hopes to now open it up to the general public.
