I don't believe in any type of abuse of children, but some kids with special needs can become combative and there is no easy way to reason with them.

well for the individual "guest" my spouse is an educator and i am here to tell you, some of these kids are terrible!! and its not their fault, its the upbringing that is at fault...parents nowadays are kids themselves!! there is no discipline in most children at elem thur middle..you're probably one that i am talking about! teachers are there to teach not baby sit!! go spend a day at school and you will see how bad some children are...kids are a direct reflection of their parents!! learn it live it love it

We know for sure the student was not a minority. The media will twist anything.

Marcelino pan y vino....if you don't know that the entire educational system, headed by the school districts, is a disgrace, you are either retarded or part of the same system. And stop pretending you don't know proper grammar. You look pathetic.

Sadly the school districts have imunnity from such actions by teachers as they can not be held liable for the actions of its employees. the 5th circuit court has almost always sided with the schools during the appeals process . and the districts set up the rights so if you dont follow the procedure they lay out and allow the district to conduct its own investigation your case is dismissed. so basicaly you have defendants policing themselves . sad but true.
