if you walk your dog, it is probably hard to see every little thing on the ground they sniff, lick, whatever. It's good to have the warning, hopefully whoever does that gets caught before they become a serial killer.

There are a lot of really sick people out there. But on the other hand, I wouldn't let my dog eat anything that had been left out. Leaving snacks just isn't what you do at a dog park.
