The very first tip there says go to bed and wake up at the same time, that's exactly why the stupid novelty of Daylight Savings should be stopped, at least in Texas. Arizona like a lot of places outside of the U.S. is very smart not to participate in Daylight Savings Time Changes, this stupid practice should be stopped, it isn't healthy. I've emailed some politicians but more people should really think about this and talk about it intelligently, Daylight Savings Time Changes are so stupid and unhealthy! Keep the sunlight in the evenings permanent.

When YOU are satisfied and happy with the one staring back at you in the mirror, then all is good.

Step 1: Simplify your life. You don't need the biggest screen TV, or the newest electronics, or the newest vehicle.........or the stress from the extra expense and figuring out how to rob Peter to pay Paul. Step 2: Turn off the darn TV!!!! There is nothing on there worthy to give up your life for. Step 3: WORK!! Fix a big, healthy, nice dinner for the family to sit down together to eat. Clean out the garage or overflowing closets, and give the recyclable "junk" to an organization that will give it to someone in need. But, more importantly, take pride in yourself and the job that provides the payroll that you and your family survive on. When you give your best at work, your pride in yourself will do wonders for your self-esteem and actually change your personal desires, needs, and wants to benefit your overall health.......and will make the boss happy and maybe garner you a raise. Step 4: If possible, exercise. Physical labor or exercise can go further than almost anything else in providing your body with what it needs to rest & sleep. Step 5: Enjoy a hobby!! Seriously, this can be one of the biggest assets to your physical & mental health and longevity. Doesn't matter what it is, if it makes you happy & relaxed, it's doing the job. Step 6: Understand your limitations and don't set goals for yourself that you KNOW are unachievable!!! This is one of my biggest pet peeves in life. Step 7: Get a pet, if at all possible. Get an appropriate pet, be it a dog, cat, or fish in an aquarium, or an Iguana or a rat. Step 8: Don't give a poop about what anybody else says about you. You know....sticks & stones. It's what YOU think about yourself that matters. And, if YOU LIKE who you are, so will your spouse and children. Life is a big jigsaw puzzle with pieces that fit perfectly together, but with methodology and reason. Life is what you make of it, and YOU are what you want to be. Sleep will come easily for most when you live right.
