SAN ANTONIO -- Sesame Street is moving beyond the A-B-Cs and focusing on letter "D." For the first time, the program will tackle divorce.
According to Time Magazine, the show's best writers and researchers have spent the past two years creating a segment to help children understand divorce. It will be online - not on TV - in a multi-media kit called "Little Children, Big Challenges."
Divorce will be explained through the bright-pink character "Abby Cadabbi" - who is a child of divorce. There will also be tools for parents.
