SAN ANTONIO -- SAWS is introducing its incentive package, a drought-recovery toolkit offering options to encourage homeowners to look at drought-smart alternatives for their yard.
Rebates will be available for a limited time for water-efficient alternatives such as mulched plant beds, a redesigned irrigation system, and “hardscapes” like patios or decks.
