I received an above outstanding rating this year on my annual evaluation. However I did not receive a bonus, I am just happy to have a job. Perhaps if you were to use the same concept with your employees and managers, and skip the outrageous bonuses, the rate would not have to be so high. My waterbill should NEVER pay for any CEO's bonus

There's no need to fool the public with staged meetings where SAWS reps will be sitting there, surfing the net or texting on their phones, while honest, hard working people talks 'til they have no more saliva left. We all know you'll increase the fees anyway, so save us the time and effort. If you SAWS-age people weren't so greedy, there would be no need for the mock-meetings anyway. You already charge us a special fee for sewer use and maintenance, so why do you want to take more from our pockets? The tales from the cript and the grease monster we don't believe in, so...you just rise the fees, give yourselves a juicy bonus and buy that pretty home you've been dreaming of at the Dominion. We are not kids and you should show more maturity also, since we believe you don't know the true meaning of de-mo-cra-cy. Or maybe you guys are just ethically challenged.

Waste of time and money. Falls on deaf ears.
