SAN ANTONIO -- VIA Metropolitan Transit will provide special event park and ride service to the
Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure on Saturday, May 12th.
Park and ride service will be offered from the Crossroads Park and Ride, the Blossom Athletic Center, and the Frank L. Madla Transit Center. Service to the Alamodome will begin at 6:00 a.m., and return service will run until 11:00 a.m.
The special event park and ride fare is $2.50 each way (total of $5.00 roundtrip) with a discount fare available to children, seniors, Medicare recipients, and students. VIAtrans customers and children under five years of age ride free. VIA’s passes are not valid for this service.
