SAN ANTONIO -- Police say they have identified a man wanted for robbing an elderly woman outside an HEB store.
Investigators say 29-year-old David Lee Torres approached a 77-year-old woman outside the HEB in the 1000 block of South W.W. White Road at around 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 7th and yanked her purse away from her. The woman suffered what police call "significant bruising" during the struggle.
Torres is described as Hispanic, has brown hair, brown eyes, is 5’ 06” tall and weighs about 180 pounds.
Police say Torres has family in the Floresville, Seguin, and in the San Antonio area.
