DALLAS -- Police are looking for the person they say violently threw an 80-year-old woman to the ground and stole her purse. The attack was captured on store surveillance video outside of a Wal-Mart.
Police say the suspect is a woman who approached the victim, slammed her to the ground and then ran off to a nearby car. The suspect then drives away, narrowly missing hitting both the victim and a good Samaritan who came to the elderly woman's aid.
The victim refused medical attention at the scene, but told officers that her $10 purse had $230 dollars in cash inside.
