(CNN) -- The man who wants Piers Morgan deported for advocating gun control faced off with the CNN host on Morgan's show Monday night.

Radio talk-show host Alex Jones backed a petition on the White House website calling on Morgan, a British citizen, to be deported for his position on firearms.

Jones told Morgan why he isn't backing down.

"Those men raped that woman in India to death with an iron rod four feet long, you can't ban the iron rods. The guns, the iron rods, Piers, didn't do it. The tyrants did it. Hitler took the guns, Stalin took the guns, Mao took the guns, Fidel Castro took the guns, Hugo Chavez took the guns, and I'm here to tell you 1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms. It doesn't matter how many lemmings you get out there on the street begging for them to have their guns taken. We will not relinquish them. Do you understand? That's why you're going to fail, and the establishment knows, no matter how much propaganda, the republic will rise again when you attempt to take our guns."

Morgan has been outspoken in calling for restrictions of semiautomatic rifles like the kind used in last year's mass killings in Newtown, Connecticut, and Aurora, Colorado.

Jones also told Morgan:

"You're a hatchet man of the new world order. You're a hatchet man, and I want to say this right here. You think you're a tough guy? Have me back with a boxing ring in here and I'll wear read white and blue and you can wear your Jolly Roger."

The same could be said for many of the "right-wing" outlets... get over it, because NOBODY is going to be deported in America for expressing an opinion.

He is employed by CNN, a Turner Broadcasting System company. TBS is a subsidiary of TimeWarner, a multinational media corporation with its headquarters in Atlanta, GA. Wonder just how much of all of this is actually owned by American citizens? No matter. He's a foreign national working with a "green card" (I guess) in an intertainment (talk show) capacity for a multinational media corporation that consistently shows bias. Contractual obligation? If it wasn't CNN, I yell a resounding "NO", but..........who knows. But, I sincerely doubt it. He's savy enough to know how to improve his show's numbers with a hot issue, and how to play it with playing on sympathies and ignoring facts and the US CONSTITUTION!!! And, he's arrogant enough to have the balls to face off with a detracter for the ratings upswing, because he needs them. His show was tetering on the edge, and we all know it. I don't appreciate his British nose in US business, and it doesn't belong. He & CNN are using a multinational platform to push an agenda that goes against the US Constitution and our rights as US citizens. THAT is NOT RIGHT!!!!

Lervia - He is being paid to express his opinion, by Americans no less. Many of which hold the same views as he does. I don't agree with his position. However, he has every right, if not a contractual obligation, to express it.

Jimkata, the arrogant foreigner has no business sitting in his chair, slamming the country hosting him and his arrogance, and paying him royally, for our gun laws. I've got English friends living in the Caribbean that advocate all of our guns be taken from us. I tell them the same thing.........this is my country and they have no right to tell me and my country that we should give up our Constitutional rights. I also tell them that they don't live on US soil and really don't know or understand what our Constitutional rights mean and how important they are. It's also difficult to get them to understand that the darn firearm isn't the problem, and taking them from legal and lawful owners WON'T get them out of the hands of criminals. I HATE ignorance & stupidity, along with arrogance and entitlement attitudes.

Ya I know Texann ,I guess I just find it a challenge to try and reason with a liberal with multiple caricature disorder. I was just trying to see if ONE of his personalities was listening.

Sorry Charlie50. MCR can't read or write English, so telling him to read (or follow) the US Constitution is out of the question. I propose we use IGNOREance on him.
