SAN ANTONIO - Osama Bin Laden believed that killing President Barack Obama would plunge the United States into crisis with Vice President Joe Biden at the helm.
That belief is among the information found in a collection of documents released online on Thursday by the Combating Terrorism Center at West Point that belonged to the late terrorist.
Bin Laden referred to Biden as being "utterly unprepared" and also wrote about his goals to carry out more attacks against the U.S.
