What can be done about a break in during broad daylight that I'm almost positive was the maintenance worker or someone associated with said worker, SAPD never dug into it but after our AC being out over 4 months straight and it leaking for 3 of those 4 months causing mold on our stairs (it was a loft apartment) the day after maintence finally came to fix our unit our door was kicked in everything downstairs of value was stolen nothing upstairs was because we didn't have anything up there and working on our AC he saw that, not to mention when he came to fix our door first thing he said to me was "I didn't see anything, I was on the other side of the complex all day" (I never asked that) and then he goes on to say "THEY wont do it again THEY know how I reinforce the doors" (WHO's they and how do they know) we told the police all this but I know they get a bazillion home break ins to deal with but they got away with over 2 grand of stuff still to this day I'm mad over it....

This is becomming a big problem, no repairs have been made, this complex and its management continue to frauduelently make promises and openly break them. They continue their deceptive practices as if they were never cites by the City of San Antonio. Apartments are still in bad condition, they commit acts if fraud, and consider themselves above the law. Citizens, its time you fight back for your rights Enough is enough! This report was made for you, that you may be heard and have the opportunity to speak. If your living conditions are not right, then contact me and we will bring this to the right people in our City. Express your true concerns, do not be intimidated by these bullies, with their lies. Fight for your rights or this complex and its management will steal them from you. Research for yourself and look at the pattern. Over 15 apartment complexes this U.A.G. company manages, and they all have the same problem! Citizens, don't become prey to these predators.

This management group is corrupt, they have reniged on the promise they made above to give me back my money. They are using their lawyer to make threats that I cannot contact the media or the city or they will fabricate stories. But I have plenty of videos showing their true actions. I am not afraid of the lies nor will their actions or threats dissuade me. They will fix this complex and that's the bottom line. No more excuses, no more insurance fraud, no more deceptive practices, no more!

Amazing! That guy stood up to those people alone? Accomplished all of that without a lawyer, I could only imagine what has been suffering and going through. So sad that not many wanted to help, I wonder who he contacted.
