Looks like this lady missed the dress for success hair-do lesson.

Non-profits need to go back to the basics of fund raising and not expect tax payer dollars to exist. Dress for Success... don't they rely on donated clothing, so what costs do they incur? Is it to pay someone to teach one how to dress? Another way bleeding hearts use tax payer money to make a paycheck for themselves.

When the well is dry, is there any purpose in continuing to lower the bucket? What these handout activites don't seem to understand is these are not time of plenty. The taxpayer is pretty thread-bare these days.

Of course, the need for money is still there! The funds, however, are not. Everyone has had to cut back.

Non-profits, it's time to htch up you pants and go at alone. Enough with sucking off the taxpayer.

Big government loves to be merciful Caesar with taxpayer dollars. Unfortunately, that's not their job.

Hmmm... If the agencies would screen clients better, thay many not need to cut at all! Bexar County has a VERY Large Subculture that uses (abuses) the "System" as a Way of Life! I have personally witnessed flagrant abuse of both the Food Bank and Health Care by people with good paying jobs, nice homes and new cars. Often they take time off from work to do it and make it a regular social event. Of course, they complain about having to wait in line at the Food Bank or for more than an hour to get Health Care. Here are comments I have overheard: Why not, it is free... My taxes pay for it... My health insurance co-pay is too high... I am not on my boyfriend's health insurance... Anybody can do it, you just need to know how!
