SAN ANTONIO -- Jordan Hicks and Case McCoy will not be charged in connection with an alleged sexual assault incident, that's according to Hick's attorney. The allegations against the UT football players were made on December 28, while the players were in town for the Valero Alamo Bowl.

A woman told police she met the pair at a local night club, invited them back to her hotel and that's where one of the players sexually assaulted her while the other one watched. The players were suspended from the game for breaking curfew and sent home.

Hick's attorney says the case is being dropped. Meanwhile, the San Antonio Police Department says they are still investigating.

The previous commenters either can't read or comprehend. The suspect's attorney said charges are being dropped- NOT THE POLICE! Impaction being the authorities believe a crime WAS committed. In regressive cultures & communities- as this one, defense attorneys, institution/school officials harass, defame & coerce victims to drop charges or face humiliation & disgrace victims make much better villains than rapists football stars Stop violence against women now
