SAN ANTONIO - A 27-year-old man was shot in a West Side neighborhood Tuesday afternoon.
Police said the victim and three other men got into a fight in the 1700 block of Castroville Road around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday. According to investigators, one of the three men then pulled out a pistol and shot the victim in the head.
Officers said the victim was awake and talking when emergency crews arrived.
Police are looking for the shooter who was last seen headed north bound on South San Joaquin.
