I heard about this yesterday. If you can plan it out, it isn't really an emergency. Maybe the local Rediclinic could use this, and free up the ER doctors and equipment for real emergencies.

What's going to happen to the appointment when they get a really true emergency that needs to be seen right now? So much for the shorter wait.
