Goodwill Health Screening
Goodwill, University Health System, CHRISTUS Santa Rosa and Prevent Blindness Texas are teaming up to make preventive health care easy, convenient and affordable.
"Wellness Wednesday" will take place Wednesday, October 10th, 2012 at the Goodwill location on Fredericksburg Road at Vance Jackson Road.
Health screenings and flu shots are being offered from 8am-10am including blood pressure, cholesterol, height/weight (body mass index) and glucose screenings by University Health System. Free flu shots are available while supplies last for anyone six months of age or older. Prevent Blindness Texas will offer vision screenings. All services offered at no cost on first come first served basis.
Mammograms will be available by appointment from 8am-12pm through CHRISTIS Santa Rosa. Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance will be accepted.
