SAN ANTONIO -- A new study shows one in four kids in Texas are "food insecure." Texas ranks 11th in the nation for the number of kids who go hungry.

There is good news coming out of the study though. There are fewer kids going hungry in Bexar County. There was a 3-percent decrease in what it calls "food-insecure" children between 2009 and 2010 in the San Antonio area. That's roughly 11,000 kids.
