WASHINGTON -- About 75,000 of "Perfect Resistance" fitness bands are being recalled.
The fitness bands can detach from the mesh cloth loops and pose injury to its user or anyone nearby. Implus Footcare has received reports of twelve such cases, including injuries to the back, hand, and eye.
The bands were sold exclusively at Walmart and online at
PerfectOnline.com.
Consumers should stop using the fitness bands and contact Implus Footcare for a refund or replacement product at 800-446-7587 or return them to their local Walmart for a full refund (See statement below).
