I was so offended I couldn't type correctly. My corrections are "in our shoes" and "Why would you".

What do you mean "motive of both parties"? My father knew ppl all around that neighborhood. He was a terminally ill man who had a limited time left to be with us. So because his innocence can't be proven his MURDER gets a blind eye???? Really that's sad that ppl feel that way. I hope you and your family are NEVER in ou shoes. hy would ou consider this an alchol related crime. Have you read his death certificate or autopsy? I have all the brutal details that caused my Dad's death. Tha damage the killer did to him was uncalled for. He never had a chance to defend himself in his state of health!!!!

It is difficult to deminish a life, the loss of parent or son, but the cirumstances may inhibit the SAPD from pursuing this particular case. Alchol related crimes are not given a lot of attention unless it is a clear loss of innocent lives, drunk driver/children. This crime is brutal but due to the lack of information on the motive of both parties the innocent part is muddled.
