Facebook and Google are continuing their heated competition for domination on U.S. smartphones.
And Facebook is winning...for now.
The latest stats from Comscore show Facebook was the most popular app in the United States in 2012. Google Maps held the top spot until October. Google however accounts for the next five most popular apps. Google Play, Google Search, G-Mail, and Youtube were the top apps android devices in December.
