SAN ANTONIO -- It will be awhile longer before female adult entertainers have to cover up more of their bodies.

The City of San Antonio and 13 owners of adult entertainment clubs faced off in a federal courtroom this morning. The owners are fighting a new ordinance that would force the entertainers to wear bikini tops, instead of pasties. The city passed the ordinance in December and it was supposed to go into effect February 4. But the owners sued, claiming the ordinance infringes on their "expression activity of the performers."

U.S. Judge Fred Biery said today it will take a couple of weeks before he decides if the ordinance restricts the entertainer's First Amendment rights.

This ordinance has alot more content than what is being discussed. Bottom line- if the girls wear bikini tops, no SOB is needed. If they take them off- the establishment and the entertainer must have a "sexually oriented business" license. That means the "3 feet rule" is also put into play....and no more lap dances. No touching whatsoever. No "nooks" that would allow such contact. Management would be held responsible to monitor for any violations (go to jail.....class A). All violations of the SOB are class A misdemeanors (go to jail).

Perhaps it is possible that he is so informed because his mother was a prostitute, and danced for dollar bills that common men drunk with beer slipped into the waist line of her panties while he watched from underneath the table and wondered about the true nature of man and beast. Or maybe, thinking out of the box, he was raised by a mother that attended church each Sunday and was raped violently by a loon that was on leave from the Air Force where they sit around and wait for the Marines do actually do something. In any case, no matter the truth, it is clear that there is an agenda in play. My bet is on the cow.

Simple solution..if you dont like it, then dont go to them. PLAIN AND SIMPLE!....as long as there in compliance with school zones, churches, neighborhoods etc.....whatever happened to freedom of choice?

I agree with pastor bob...these jezebels..these painted ladies as it were...dol nothing but show off there pretty teats to lure men into the devil's work. Hypnotizing men into giving them thier hard earned money that should go to the families of these perverts! These ladies with thier firm breasts and round rear ends do nothing but stir up the loins of our husbands,boyfriends,brothers and fathers making them want to ..."do it"....

If they would legalize prostitution like in Nevada, you can have a private dancer and all the strip clubs would go out of business.
