No, twister2, most will need a law degree, or a lawyer friend, to understand this mess. It's a very difficult read that will not be touched on most sites like this one. And, this isn't one of our Constitutional Rights being restricted. This actually falls into the gray area between consumer rights and the rights of the businesses providing the service, and free market. But, you already knew this and is the reason you chose to make such a biased and derogatory remark on an article that you knew would probably have no or little comment.

Every single day people comment on WOAI that the government is restricting their freedoms. Here we have a case where consumer freedoms are being restricted and ... crickets. I guess Fox News has t weighed in yet, so the sheeple can't express their manufactured outrage.
