City council to vote on proposed SAWS rate increase

I have to agree, they only want this raise to line their pockets with bounses and other crap ie buying other water systems that are in trouble (Bexar Met) and make us pay for it. They are just as bad as CPS that pays its CEO $400,000+ and then gives bounes of $600,000+/year. This is a whole lot of B.S.

So...in the next few months we should expect either to have the best water and drainage services ever, or the anouncement of more bonuses for the top heavy water "administrators" and the same mediocre service. SAWS= Same Administrative Waste Situation.

SAWS employee's need bigger bonuses and the city council members need bigger kickbacks.

I heard Myron's Steakhouse raised their prices 7%, so the CEO had to raise his entertainment budget accordingly. Oh, that's CPS not SAWS. Brian, check this one out, I smell waste, fraud and abuse here.

I had no idea that Juliette Roberts was in the Charlie Wilson movie. I guess it doesn't surprise me, because I spotted Clooney on it a few months ago. I know that Sandra Buttocks played her sister during one season, but I haven't seen it yet. I just got cable last month, so I am still watching.
