I have to agree, they only want this raise to line their pockets with bounses and other crap ie buying other water systems that are in trouble (Bexar Met) and make us pay for it. They are just as bad as CPS that pays its CEO $400,000+ and then gives bounes of $600,000+/year. This is a whole lot of B.S.

So...in the next few months we should expect either to have the best water and drainage services ever, or the anouncement of more bonuses for the top heavy water "administrators" and the same mediocre service. SAWS= Same Administrative Waste Situation.
