WASHINGTON (NBC News Channel) -- About 15,500 of these Step2 children's riding toys are being recalled because kids who lean too far forward on the seat can go over the handle bar and hit the ground.

Step2 has received four reports of such cases, including one resulting in head bumps and another resulting in a minor concussion and cuts to the gum and lip.

To receive a free replacement toy, call Step2 at 866-860-1887.
