SAN ANTONIO --  CHILDREN AT RISK researched and ranked 65 public high schools in the Greater San Antonio area, and Health Careers High School tops the list as the number one high school.

“Our research team has concluded Health Careers High School to be among the elite in student scoring and achievement,” said Dr. Bob Sanborn, president and CEO of CHILDREN AT RISK. “San Antonio students have proven to be exceptional young people.
