SAN ANTONIO -- Monday marks two years since a local nursing student was shot and killed by her boyfriend.
Kristine Meza's friends and family plan to hold a candlelight vigil in her honor. The vigil will be at 7 p.m. at the Oblate Mission's Grotto at 323 Oblate Dr San Antonio, TX 78216.
Her family and friends have also started a foundation in her honor to raise awareness for domestic violence.
