SAN ANTONIO -- If you have an Apple product, like an iPad or an iPhone, you could be getting some money back from the tech giant. Apple has just settled a lawsuit over purchases made by children on iTunes.
Parents sued the company two years ago, claiming their kids racked up big tabs, buying lots of game extras. Apple is now offering $5 iTunes gift cards to anyone who claims their child bought any add-ons or extras without their knowledge. Apple says they have instituted tighter parental controls on all of its devices since the lawsuits.
