6-year-old riding bike on sidewalk hit and killed. Teen driver facing intoxication manslaughter charge

Six-year-old Brandon Abrams was riding his bike on the sidewalk when a truck hit and killed him Thursday night. The 17-year-old driver of that truck told a neighbor he reached down for his phone. He's facing a charge of intoxication manslaughter.
